Sunfowers Cure the Chilly Blues

We have been a bit busy but, we better post a blue arrangement since Chicago is pretty blue! We're a bit blue cause the sun is hiding and it is May. Stop in and bring some thing springy to take the blues away for example a sunflower!

Early Spring always makes me want things to be clean and crisp. I think yellow and green is a nice way to achieve that look, as opposed to the white/green combo, which of course is always nice too... yellow and green is just a nice way to shake it up a bit!

tulip fever!

Like most floral designers, we here at Marguerite Gardens have many addictions. This spring it was all about tulips. The crazier the better! Now tulip season is wrapping up and we are all a little sad about it. I really think tulips are the happiest flower. They show up right when we're all so sick of winter and think it will never end. They are a true sign that nice weather exists in Chicago!
